4 years ago I had my first little baby. It was a pretty quick labor. Not very much fun, but he was worth every ache and pain (on most days). He was the cutest little baby I had ever seen (I am a little biased). You tell me, pretty cute right?
Nixon has taught us a lot. He is so adventurous and smart. He is wild and crazy, but also so sweet and aware of his surroundings. He notices everything (which can be good and bad) and likes to make people feel good when he notices that they are sad or lonely.
A few things so you can know Nixon a bit better:
- He knows everything their is to know about his alphabet. Backwards, forwards, sounds, you name it, he knows it.
- He has had stitches 3 times in his life. All his crazy self being too crazy!
- He is always up for an adventure!
- Knows how to rhyme and knows his opposites.
- He knows how to match his clothes and dresses himself every day.
- He thinks that showers are lots of fun, but still loves to have baths so he can play with his toys.
- He is figuring out how to read by using the sounds of the letters to sound out words.
- He knows how to write most letters, and is a pro at writing his own name.
- His best friend is probably Grandma Hall. They have a very special bond. His second best friends name is Collin, he is a little obsessed with him.
- Nixon figured out how to do addition. He started by using his fingers and has memorized a lot of the answers because we would ask him so much.
- His favorite breakfast is hot cakes from Mcdonalds. He loves when we go and play there in the mornings and he gets his hot cakes too!
- His favorite foods include; mac and cheese, pizza, banana bread, spaghettios, and every single candy/full of sugar item.
- He doesn't like chocolate milk. Weirdo.
- He is all about friends and family. He loves them.
- He can do puzzles like a champion and loves them.
- He loves bike rides.
- His favorite outside toy is the wagon.
- He hates the dentist, but is OK with the doctor.
- He has to have character underwear, its a must for Nixon.
- He loves his little sister.
- He is a totally Daddys boy.
- If he could live anywhere, we think he would choose Chuck E Cheese.
- Since I made him no longer take naps, he wants to take them now. The struggle for the past 2 years was ridiculous!
- He has only had 2 bathroom accidents since he was potty trained a year ago.
- He loves books, dinosaurs, ride on toys, toy story toys, and all cars toys.
- He has too much energy that he doesn't know what to do with it all!
Wow thats a lot, but now you know a little bit more about out boy Nixon! Or everything there is to know!
We are looking forward to throwing him a party and showing him how much we love him and how glad we are that he joined our family! We just love this handsome little smart guy!
